The Lazy Sato

My alarm went off at 5:30am time to prepare for my usual Saturday Karura Forest run! It was not easy waking up! The love and warmth, which my bed was offering, was hard to let go and brace the cold outside! You know, nothing comes easy! It’s a struggle to achieve something great in life!

In order to achieve good health and fitness, you need to put more effort and push your body, soul and mind yonder!

When I was running, I bumped into my running mentor. A lady who has a steel body! She dreams eats running! So we strike a deal! Next Saturday we are doing it together! She is far ahead of me! I have to prepare harder to keep up with her speed! Therefore, this coming week I have to work hardest in the gym to increase my endurance!

I did 15km in one hour 30 minutes today! I need to work on my speed and do better than that!

Did I tell you I was once about 90kg and 65kg now? Story coming soon…..
